This Lowland single malt is the first peated release from the Glasgow Distillery Co. Debuting in 2019, 1770 Peated Release No.1 is also the first peated single malt to be produced in the city of Glasgow. Crafted with the pure waters of Loch Katrine and Highland barley dried with aromatic heather-rich peat, this expression is matured in first fill sherry casks and finished in virgin oak.
