The Akashi Flying Tiger is the first single cask Japanese whisky released exclusively for Taiwan retail. It comes from the excellent, up and coming, Akashi White Oak distillery in Eigashima and was distilled in 2016 before being matured in a 1st fill bourbon barrel and bottled in 2019.
