Rum: Atlantico Platino Dominican Republic
Launched in 2008, Atlantico is a blend of rums made by distilling fermented sugar cane juice and fermented molasses with some aguardiente. The rums are aged 1-2 years in ex-bourbon casks and then charcoal filtered prior to bottling. Latin music star Enrique Iglesias has a share in the brand.
