At Belmont Farms, they distill their Virginia Whiskey in an antique copper pot still. The unique character of their whiskey is produced when grains grown on their farm are patiently distilled and then matured in apple wood and Virginia white oak barrels. The whiskey is then aged in their government bonded warehouse.
