It’s the 2010 vintage of Bruichladdich’s The Organic expression, distilled exclusively with organic barley from Mid Coul, near Inverness. The liquid was matured on Islay in American oak casks which previously housed bourbon, until it was bottled at 50% ABV after it was organically certified by the Biodynamic Association!
