Campo Azul tequilas are produced with estate-grown agave that are cooked using a combination traditional method of 24hrs and a modern pressure cooker. Campo Azul Extra-Anejo tequila is their aged for 40 months in oak and is considered their premium tequila. The 2011 Beverage Testing Institute recommended this extra anejo an «Excellent sipper.
