Handcrafted and distilled in small batches using unrefined sugar cane. Aged in a once-used bourbon barrel from Kentucky for two years, followed by one year in a freshly emptied sherry cask from Spain. This rum boasts notes from a full-bodied, dry cherry wine, followed by a wave of toasted oak flavor from the bourbon barrel for a smooth finish.
