Aged at least 3 years in new American Oak #3 char barrels, these barrels are hand picked by Seth Dettling for extended aging. These barrels tend to come from the upper portions of the rickhouse, which experience the greatest temperatures. The extreme dark color and richness of the whiskey shows the potential for bourbon aged in the climate.
