Serving as their flagship offering, the Elephant London Dry Gin starts its life with a blend of 14 botanicals – including apples and juniper – which are then macerated for a full day in a neutral spirit, infusing it with their flavor before being re-distilled in a copper Arnold Holstein still. After this, the resulting gin is then brought to proof using pure water before finally being bottled.
