Rum: English Harbour Port Cask Finish
This Antiguan rum from English Harbour began life as column-still five year old rum which was aged initially in ex-bourbon casks. Following that, the spirit was moved over to Port casks for a finishing period, which helped to impart and accentuate the rum’s intense dark fruit notes.
