Whiskey: Glenglassaugh Octaves Peated Single Malt Scotch
This expression from the Speyside distillery takes its name from the octave casks used during maturation. The oak casks are 1/8th the size of a regular butt meaning that the spirit has more surface area to interact with the wood of the cask. The peated expression is non chill-filtered, with no artificial colouring and is bottled at 44% abv.
