Granada-Vallet is an herbaceous bitter liqueur from Hidalgo, Mexico, inspired by Italian aperitivi. Pomegranate tartness with hints of cinnamon and fennel is balanced by woody gentian root, wormwood and cinchona bark, with citrus notes of orange and kaffir lime.
