Jack Ryan’s family have owned Dublin’s Beggars Bush pub since 1913. To commemorate the centenary, the family decided to revive their own brand single malt, last produced in 1946. The 21st-century recreation has been matured in bourbon barrels for 12 years and is spicy with an enticing honeyed sweetness.
