Whiskey: Mad River Distillers Releases Hopscotch Batch 1 Vermont Single Malt
Vermont’s first Single Malt Whiskey is a collaboration between Mad River Distillers and a rotating selection of brewers. The wash is 100% barley, brewed by the collaborator, and send to Mad River Distillers for fermentation, distilling and barrel aging. Batch 1, a collaboration with Sean Lawson, the creator of Lawson’s Finest Liquids was released in October of 2016.
