Mezcal: Oro de Oaxaca with Agave Worm
Oro de Oaxaca mezcal is made with Espadin agave (rather than the Blue Weber that would be used for tequila). It is one of the mezcals that comes with the «maguey worm» in the bottom of the bottle. In addition, the bottle comes with a packet of «worm salt,» which is a melange of salt, chile, and ground up worm.
