Rum: Plantation Single Cask 2019 Guatemala XO Amburana Cask
The majority of the maturation occurred in column still, but this rum was finished for six months in amburana casks. After this the rum was moved to France, where it rested in casks that previously held Ferrand Cognac, before being bottled in 2019 by Plantation.
