This London dry gin based aperitif is flavoured with cucumber, pink grapefruit, sweet and bitter orange peels, elderflower and ginger. It is designed to be served chilled on-the-rocks or with soda water or sparkling water, garnished with orange zest twist. Named after Major Walter Clopton Wingfield who pioneered lawn tennis in the 1870s.
