Liqueur: Prunier Pineau des Charentes White
The land of Charentes is anything but monotonous and the wide range of flavors it exhales is reflected in the different grape varieties. There are two varieties of Pineau: white (more dry) and rosé or red (more fruity). Pineau des Charentes White must age a minimum of 18 months of which 12 months in oak barrels.
