The Roughstock Montana Spring Wheat Whiskey is made with a particular type of wheat that is more commonly used in bread making rather than distillation. However, that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t make a mighty fine wheat whiskey! After distillation, it’s aged in used casks before enjoying a finishing period in heavily toasted French oak casks for a few months.
