This pristine blanco Tequila is representative of the Valles terroir of Jalisco. Fermented with bagasse agave, the spirit is more robust with mineral themes and notes of pepper. It coats the mouth with agave, and though it’s unaged, the spirit is complex enough to enjoy neat.
