Mezcal: Sombra Reposado
The mezcal is rested for up to six months in Limousin oak Bordeaux red wine barrels from Château Léoville Poyferré, a second-growth wine estate in St. Julien. Reposado is the Spanish word for «rested» and Reposé is the French word, hence the name.
