Stein Distillery Rye whiskey is aged for 2 years (the minimum for the label of «straight» whiskey) and made from a grain bill of 75% rye and 25% corn. This is a style of rye whiskey sometimes called «Maryland rye» for a rye grain blended down with other grains to even out the spicy flavor.
