The High Country Gin is an herbaceous spirit distilled from Nevada grain with a nod to the brewery aspect of our operations. For this whiskey they take their 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Gold Medal winning Silver Corn Whiskey and age it on once used Biggest Little Bourbon Barrels. Great notes of vanilla and baking spice come through.
